A few weeks ago I came across a diet trick that I’m pretty sure you’ve heard about before if you’re into bodybuilding and want to see results quickly. The diet trick is known as the Sunday morning fast and I think it’s one of the best ways to lose weight in a week. This diet doesn’t require you to starve yourself or do any strange things to your body. It’s just simply a fast from your diet on a Friday evening, and eating healthy foods throughout the rest of the week.
This diet trick was created by Rob Poulos who himself struggled with weight loss and wanted to help other people finally beat their obesity problem, not just keep it going. Rob has been training for over ten years now and was always looking for ways to speed up my weight loss.
