It is very easy to make healthy, delicious recipes at home. When you have the ingredients and a tasty recipe in your hands, you are more inclined to follow through with that recipe and do it right. Use a non-stick pan and bake the sweet potato until it is golden brown and then use a pestle to scoop out and use to make some delicious chimichangas. Bring it to a boil again and add some red pepper flakes to taste. Serve this dish with some tortilla chips and you will have a tasty and colorful low fat and low calorie meal that everyone will love!
